Cold Rice Bags Instructions
DON'T
WASH THE RICE BAG; instead wash the little pillowcase that it
is in.
When
heating, be sure to TAKE OFF THE PILLOWCASE BEFORE
putting it in the microwave. Heat the short ones or HIGH
for 1 to 1 1/2 mins and long ones for 1 1/2 to 2 mins.
You
can use this bag to soothe your achy bones and muscles, esp.
your neck. It works well for headaches, sinus headaches
and earaches as well.
It
can also be used to keep your feet warm at night! Got
cold feet after coming in from the cold, warm it up and then
warm your feet!
There
is one more thing that can be done with your rice bag, it can
be a cold pack! Just take the rice bag out of the
pillowcase and put it in the freezer.
